Do I have to register online to top-up and create a personal cashless account?
No, but we highly advise it. An account will allow you to:

Easily reclaim any money not spent post-festival.

What happens if I lose my cashless wristband/card?
As your account is linked to your wristband/card, you can block it by visiting the trouble shooting desk onsite. You can get a new wristband/card which will be credited with the balance of the chip you have blocked.
If you do not create an account, blocking your wristband/card is impossible as we won’t have the unique reference number.
How do I check my balance?
If you created an account you can check your balance at every vendor onsite or at the unmanned top up stations by selecting “Check your balance”.
Do I need to set up a new account each year?
Yes, you need to pair your new ticket with the current year's event, even if you have an account from the previous year.
I still have cashless credit in my old account, can I transfer it for the present event?
No. This is not possible.
What happens to my data?
Personal data is kept only as long as necessary, with appropriate safeguards in place to protect it. The festival collects data such as your name, email, ticket barcode, balance, and payment details, which are deleted after the event.
The Garbicz Festival 2026 refund period for Sunnys (Zloty) left on your wristband was from Friday 7. August 2026 8:00 until Tuesday 8. September 23:59. It is now no longer be possible to apply for a refund.
Only Szunnys (Zloty) could be refunded. Crew Currencies (bar & food tokens) were not refundable.
Refunds were processed weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. A fee of 20 Szunnys (Zloty) applied. Refunds were always be transferred to the payment method that was initially used.
